  • Memory recall: source files with Korean or spaced names are found again, so
recall no longer labels them "source missing"; labels show the decoded name.
On Windows, stored file:///C:/... sources are checked as the same files.
  • Windows: .cmd launchers (python3.cmd, hephaestus.cmd, memory hooks) work
under a user folder with a Korean or other non-ASCII name.
  • Windows: the local judge and translator reach loopback model servers
(127.0.0.1, localhost, ::1) directly instead of through a company proxy.
  • Windows: without symlink privilege, runtime/current becomes a directory
junction instead of a copy, so a running engine never mixes files from two
versions, and pruning keeps the active generation.
  • Windows: crashed update, translation and ingest jobs no longer hold their
locks for up to an hour; process checks use the Windows process API.
  • Windows: engine files are written and read as exact bytes, so CRLF sources,
upload digests and artifact digests match on every OS.
  • Windows: uploads, agent revision reads and local package registration work;
they walk by path and re-check every folder before and after each read, and
    refuse links and junctions.
  • Windows: shorter release folder names leave room for package files under the
path limit; existing folders are still used.
  • Windows: ledger appends and the networking init lock take a file lock, atomic
JSON writes retry a brief sharing violation, the memory database waits longer
on a busy file, scheduled-task output is decoded in the console code page, and
directory swaps no longer half-delete a cache that holds a loaded module.
  • Browser: the browser launcher can add notes from an approved per-site
learning to page results. Nothing creates such a learning yet, so pages read
    the same as before.
