• Duplicate JSON members are refused. The trace-verify CLI parsed the
  claim, proof, receipt and entry files with last-wins json.loads, so a claim
  carrying a member twice verified over one value while a first-wins reader of
  the same file saw the other. It now uses loads_unique at all four parse
  sites and exits 2 with duplicate JSON member name (#104).
