Fixed
Worker(auto_register=True) now understands uv_build projects ([tool.uv.build-backend]module-root and module-name, defaulting to src/<normalized project name>) and names every discovered module the way the application imports it: src/pkg/mod.py is pkg.mod, never src.pkg.mod, and a package's __init__.py is the package. A module the application already imported is no longer executed a second time, so its components no longer collide with themselves and later modules are no longer dropped (AGNT5-1194). Candidates are deduplicated and imported in a fixed order.
Changed
Breaking: a module that fails to import during auto-registration now stops the worker with AutoDiscoveryError, which lists every failing module with its file, import root and error, instead of being logged and skipped. A worker never reports Ready with only the components that happened to import. Scan only the packages you intend with auto_register_paths=[...] if a directory holds modules that are not meant to be imported.
Registering the very same function, workflow or scorer object twice is a no-op; a different object under an already registered name is still a collision.
