Python SDK 0.13.3 uses SDK Core 0.3.2 and adds opt-in external-worker mTLS, independent server trust, persistent authentication selection, and recoverable certificate renewal after a lost response or restart.

Existing bearer workers retain their default behavior. Enable AGNT5_WORKER_MTLS_ENABLED=true only after commissioning the compatible control plane and dedicated runtime mTLS endpoint. Keep AGNT5_WORKER_SESSION_DIR private and persistent. Use AGNT5_WORKER_SERVER_CA_FILE when the server uses a private CA. A worker already pinned to mTLS cannot silently downgrade.

Validation: native build against the published core crate, Ruff, 912 unit tests passed (13 skipped), and upstream PR CI passed. Production mTLS commissioning is separate from this SDK release.
