First release on the fork's own version line. Through 0.15.2 this repo tracked upstream cursor/plugins exactly; from 1.0.0 the content deliberately diverges so every instruction names something the running host actually has.

Runs natively on four hosts

Claude Code, Cowork, Codex, and ChatGPT (via the MCP connector at https://pstack-mcp.pstack.workers.dev/mcp). Install per host in docs/guide/01-setup.md.

What nativization changed

  • Forge: gh is the single forge. Cursor's Origin CLI and Graphite are gone — including from scripts/orch, which resolved the stack frontier with gt and now walks PR base refs from gh pr list (down to trunk and up through open children, with trunk and fork PRs excluded).
  • Paths: skill, plugin, and transcript locations resolve per host; recall and worktree-audit.sh detect the store at runtime.
  • Model config: ~/.pstack/models.md, readable everywhere; Cursor's .mdc is still written on Cursor and readers fall back to it.
  • cursor-team-kit: control-cli/control-ui → create-verification-skill; /deslop's code-slop strip is stated inline (it is not unslop, which is prose-only).
  • Bugbot → automated review: the triage rubric applies to any reviewer, and watch-pr detects Copilot, CodeRabbit, Sonar, Codacy and DeepSource alongside Bugbot, matching logins exactly.
  • /loop and agent runtimes described by capability rather than vendor; create-skill replaced by inline authoring requirements.

Known limits, stated rather than hidden

  • The ChatGPT connector cannot spawn subagents, so fan-out skills (swarm, arena, architect, interrogate, the autopilots) are degraded there; the connector says so at the point of use.
  • benny's runner is a Cursor-hosted automation with no equivalent; its skills run anywhere.

Full audit, per reference and per host: docs/nativization-map.md.

Fixes surfaced by adversarial review

The frontier walk no longer drops PRs above the checked-out branch, treats trunk or fork PRs as stack members, or resolves same-head PRs by listing order; the head SHA comes from the forge rather than a tag-shadowable git rev-parse; worktree-audit.sh handles paths with spaces and warns when rg is missing; the MCP bundle no longer sweeps node_modules in. 61 bun tests and 6 node tests cover it.
