Rebuilds CCT with Go 1.26.9, including the standard-library security fixes published on 8 October.
- Select the patched toolchain for CI and release builds.
- Update the README build recommendation.
Go regression checks, platform CI, and packaged release smoke tests passed. Application dependencies and the minimum Go language version are unchanged.
Source and CI-built binary scans report 0 affected vulnerabilities. The stripped Windows asset has no standard-library findings but still flags three existing dependency advisories, which source analysis does not report as called.
