0.0.12: Preserve authored file dimensions

Named file embeds now accept authored dimensions such as ![[photo.png|400x300]] and surrounding spaces or tabs. InkKit preserves the original source through adjacent edits and undo; the width controls the displayed image.

• Maintains opaque file references and native-host ownership of file access.
• Corrects supported-syntax documentation. No host migration is required.
• Verified with 605 regressions, package checks, five browser cases and four WKWebView scenarios covering 74 steps.
• Publication verification passed registry integrity, hosted archive identity, native-tested package content identity and a fresh exact-version consumer. The native candidate differs only in archive compression.
