Learn about vigilant mode.

Loading a different document now leaves the editor in a reading state without an active text cursor. Reloading the same document preserves editing focus and selection. Hosts can still request focus explicitly for composition. No public API change is required.

Implemented and independently reviewed in #58. All 607 unit tests, package checks, selected Chromium and WebKit checks, and five native WKWebView cases passed. The previous published package reproduced the three replacement-focus failures.

Published from commit 97a45cc3a23632d523fbf23ca60a29131546bbcd through the existing npm trusted publisher: release workflow.

The registry archive exactly matches the hosted release archive. Its decompressed contents exactly match the native-tested candidate; only compression differs. Fresh exact-version installation, public declarations, CSS export, and offline bundling passed. Attached evidence records package hashes and npm integrity.

App adoption and app releases are tracked separately.
