InkKit 0.0.9 adds host-owned native search integration and coordinated editor layout.

  • Revision-scoped readable text, UTF-16 ranges, safe selection/replacement and demand-driven geometry. Stale ranges and unsafe structured edits are rejected.
  • A shared client-CSS-pixel viewport/inset contract, explicit focus/reveal, folded-content navigation and predictable reload/resize behaviour. Existing Find uses the same reveal path.
  • Source/TXT offsets preserve authored source and line endings; formatted snapshots exclude author comments and protect embed labels.

Accepted in PR #51, merged at 104c7dd. Hosted CI passed Linux and macOS. Release workflow validated and published via npm OIDC, with signed provenance.

Clean tested candidate 7c1d926: 495 regressions, formatting, playground and packed consumer checks, 12 Chromium cases and five selected WKWebView scenarios / 152 steps. Machine-readable archive, registry, native and review evidence are attached. The original 215d81f attempt remains separately retained on Atlas; final verification includes review corrections for atomic-selection reload and wrapped-range scrolling.

Registry SHA-256 dadf171581e6cce75f4126f594bb4364abb9af56c8c34988a14d028c5776954c; integrity sha512-r26psif+fNm9i9uuv8iyWq6v7F3xhUwraG1GwwWn8yOL6QQULdP2qnBHe8FsuDzozsbVsw07NExuZJQm3anUGQ==. Registry compressed bytes exactly match the hosted archive; decompressed bytes exactly match the native-tested candidate. The candidate compression difference is recorded. Fresh exact-version installation passed declarations, CSS and offline bundle checks; offline hash 9a89393f373c99e9aac36bb06dc65c7da79bb031d6c048d51bbf5bf16830e1fb matches the tested consumer.

Synthetic composition establishes guards, not complete IME interoperability. Host search controls, storage/native actions and app adoption remain host work. No routine external-app matrix was run.
