INTERPLANE 0.3.0: the Trust release.
What 0.3 proves (docs/REPORT-0.3.md, run trust-0.3-20261005T0229Z): every pre-registered
offline gate passed (provenance, Rust/Python identity, injection corpus of 60 cases in 13
categories, no untrusted effect on four systems under test, approvals, negative controls). Live
leg on Qwen3.5-9B/Ollama 0.34.0: the model followed injected text in 16 of 33 cases and the
runtime let none of those effects run (violations 0). The claim covers the runtime layer only.
What failed (docs/REPORT-0.2x.md): the 0.2x catalog-narrowing campaign. Narrowing cuts
tool-schema cost by a median 89 % without hurting success, but required tools stay missing on most
expansion tasks under all four mechanisms tried.
Try it offline: python3 examples/offline/run_offline.py (no model, GPU or network).
Install from source: pip install ./python (stdlib only); Rust crates under rust/
(cargo package --workspace is checked in CI). Not published to PyPI or crates.io.
