Added T2 Macs, which have the T2 Security chip that is similar to IOS devices.

These Macs have the T2 security chip, which runs bridgeOS. I haven't
been able to test restoring with the blobs as I only have one T2 Mac and
doing so would wipe my ssd from my understanding, but saving the blobs
seems fine.

As "ibridge" isn't probably a familiar term for most users, I made the
UI say "T2 Mac" instead. This should make it easier for users to understand
what it means (But I can change that if you want).

Another thing that you might want changed is the strings for the model names (e.g. "MacBook Pro 16' (2019, AMD Radeon Pro 5600M graphics) (MacBookPro16,4)"), I don't know if that's how you want them to be, but I can change that if needed.
