Changed

• Tasks: a board that agents keep changing refreshes once per burst of
  changes, and at least every few seconds, instead of once per change, and each
  refresh carries about half the data. The REST endpoint that lists board tasks
  takes view=card to leave task descriptions out.
• Request logs name who made the request: the signed-in user (user=), and for
  an MCP call the personal token's user or the agent session (session=). Web,
  MCP, job and Temporal worker processes log their memory every five minutes as
  [memory] lines.

Fixed

• A web server's memory no longer grows with every page it serves until the
  process is killed for memory; on a busy deployment that happened about once
  a day, failing the requests in flight.
• Docs: Connecting Slack no longer says Flow has no slash commands in
  Slack, and describes the /help list as the app sends it, naming no project.
