v0.2.4: new community tips, CI and community files

Knowledge 0.2.4 adds reviewed community tips (grounding raycasts, debug require in playtests, foliage wind sway).

What's new

• Knowledge 0.2.2 to 0.2.4: import scale and orientation, animation markers, priority and ownership, UI motion gotchas, Studio facts (priority enum values, Stats counters, QueryDescendants, nine-slice)
• New combat and server-rewind entry
• Code of conduct, contributing guide, security policy, issue and pull request templates
• Automated tests now run on every push

Early development: nothing is guaranteed, but it should work. If something breaks, please open an issue or start a discussion.
