- ExAgent.Store.Postgres (added prior commit) — deps clarified: ecto_sql +
  postgrex are only needed for exAgent's own tests; the Store module itself
  only needs :ecto (already a dep), so downstream apps stay light and bring
  their own adapter for their repo.
- examples/dnd_session.exs — a mini D&D round (DM + bot + human over a shared
  world, SupervisorPolicy coordination, single-writer world via SharedState),
  run offline. Validates the full multi-agent stack for the D&D use case.
- 198 tests; chat_app (path dep) still passes (13).
