frankgraphbench v0.2.0

Addition of chembl and others dataset for drug recommendations. colakg implementation. changes of GNNs from tensorflow to pytorch in an effort to more efficiency and cleaning up dependencies. new simplified dependency tree that needs one single requirement/setup.py for all commands to work (data_integration, framework, chart_generation). this new release promotes a bigger step on opening up FranKGraphBench for other types of KG-based recommendations.
