This PR will disable deployment via Travis and enable deployments via SemaphoreCi
With the new service account and Semaphore we need to use the oauth token and not client certificates for authorization*. Hence this part of the logic is branched in a prepare_deploy.sh and prepare_deploy_legacy.sh script.
