Key results for Q3 (just 2 months because started at start of August)
- KR1: Review and improve the Gambit 'front door' pathway for new users, including package documentation and project website (mid-September)

- This involves restructuring of existing docs, adding new tutorials and using that to open new issues for proposed API features
- KR2: Work to ensure the integration of Gambit into SageMath is restarted via mediating discussions between Gambit PIs and SageMath maintainers

- KR3: Make a plan of action for assessing the size and scope of the existing Gambit userbase
- KR4: Plan what the end of year MVP looks like for Gambit-LLM tool and how success of the project looks
- Write up a high-level vision statement and request review from PIs and REG: Develop high-level plan for REG Gambit project focus #9
Other tasks for this time period, not quite KRs:
- Familiarise myself with the general codebase and background knowledge so I can begin working on general bugs and issues in Gambit, which is largely written in C++. Currently these are being actively worked on by the 4 PI/RAs.
