fctelem v0.2

This release adds auto tune low and high frequency setting set by config setting autotuneoffset. A value of -1 doesn't set auto tune low and high frequency.

To use, download fctelem.zip file and extract to get the fctelem Raspberry Pi binary and fcdecode.conf configuration file

To use:

Download fctelem.zip

unzip to /home/pi

cd /home/pi/fctelem

chmod +x fctelem

./fctelem

In another window, run:

sudo nc -l 64516 > block

And a single block of 256 octets will be saved in the file block
