Fixed

• On macOS 26, the volume HUD's glass turned nearly white over light backgrounds, so its white title and slider could not be read (#60). The glass now has a black tint, which keeps it grey, as the system volume HUD is.

Thanks to @benstankich, who tested three pre-releases on macOS 26.3 and measured the colours of the system volume HUD with a colour picker.
