Notes for opencv2.xcode15-3.xcframework.zip file

From Xcode 15.3, there is an error pointing out some missing Info.plist files. Based on this PR yeatse/opencv-spm@b1f5472 from a similar repo as ours, we have:

• added empty Info.plist into both ios-arm64/opencv2.framework & ios-arm64-simulator/opencv2.framework folders
• added the following snipper to root Info.plist

  <key>CFBundleExecutable</key>
  <string>opencv2</string>
  

These changes have been done on existing .xcframework, executables remain the same. We could think how to make this persistent for next builds.
