How often is getNfts data updated? (Question)

I tested getNfts call to see if latest sales of opensea nfts we're showing in wallet address. However, all the 10 minutes and under sales were not showing in response for getNfts. Is this because there is a set time after block the Alchemy updates the data? 

Additionally, curious how can I get the response ordered in descending time (latest first) in the getNfts call
