0.3.0 Fatal javascript OOM

While starting my app with aleph dev, the compiler starts but at some point freezes and no long continues.

it's circular imports issue same with #89

std/path/mod.ts <- std/path/glob.ts
std/path/mod.ts -> std/path/glob.ts
