Objects down there

Use objects over results and queries

• change connection interface (BC break)
• extend usage of options passed through (makes a bug)
• add possibility of soft delete for some db settings
• fix behavior when multiple menus in one table (another bug)
• separate mock classes from test files
• extend non-db mock, add tests for really special cases
