@stackline/update-section 1.0.0

Compatibility-first continuation of update-section@0.3.3 for synchronous,
marker-delimited text replacement. This release preserves the callable CommonJS
API, enumerable .parse, first-range replacement, missing-end-through-EOF and
missing-start insertion behavior, exact LF separators, falsey-content handling,
callback observability, and the historical update-section.js deep entry.

The release corrects .parse() to report a truthful hasEnd and consistently
inclusive indexes, ignores crossed end markers before the selected start, and
supports replacement sections above 100,000 lines without an argument-count
failure. It adds a zero-dependency ESM facade and first-party TypeScript 3.9+
declarations.

FILE_INVENTORY.json records every packed file. sbom.cdx.json records the
exact CycloneDX production graph. SHA1SUMS, SHA256SUMS, and SHA512SUMS
cover the immutable tarball.

Dependency decision

The package has zero runtime, optional, and peer dependencies. Its CycloneDX
production graph therefore contains only the package itself. Both production
and complete audits reported zero findings, and all 174 installed release-gate
packages passed npm registry-signature verification.
