Mac desktop edition + your own lists

  • New: Planner for Mac — download Planner.dmg below, open it, and drag Planner onto Applications. Two-column layout: smart categories and your lists in the sidebar, your items plus a chatbot-style capture bar (type or dictate) on the right.
  • New: custom lists — create, rename, and delete lists; file to-dos and appointments into them; filter the planner by list.
  • iCloud sync across devices — the Mac app and the iPhone app share the same private iCloud database.

iPhone/iPad version: App Store (v1.2 in review).
