Planner 1.4

Organize it your way — and it all syncs.

  • Drag to rearrange: hold and drag to-dos, appointments, and your lists into any order, on iPhone and Mac alike.
  • Sub-lists: nest lists under a parent (e.g. each client under "Clients") — create one from a list's menu, or drag a list into a group. Parent lists show their sub-lists' items too, and collapse in the Mac sidebar.
  • Pin to top: pin important to-dos (swipe right on iPhone, right-click on Mac) and lists; pinned entries float above the rest.
  • Undo everywhere: take back deletes, check-offs, edits, and drags — ⌘Z on Mac, the Undo button on iPhone.
  • Everything syncs across iPhone and Mac via iCloud (new sortOrder / parent / isPinned fields, CloudKit schema deployed to Production).
  • Mac: the Hermes agent panel divider is now reliably draggable (native AppKit handle, VSCode-style blue highlight), and planner://newlist accepts a parent= for sub-lists.
