What's new
The assistant can now change things, not just add them. Ask it in plain language — "mark Submit ATO done", "move standup to Friday 9am", "assign the Ghana site to Ryan", "pin it", "move it to the top", "create a list called Vendors under Clients". Apple Intelligence classifies the request on-device; every change is then made by ordinary code, so it can't invent a date or edit a field it wasn't given. "Delete X" archives rather than destroys.
- Reminders — a heads-up notification before anything dated is due (3 days ahead by default; 1 day or 1 week also available)
- Search — find any active item by keyword across titles, notes, assignee and list name
- Duplicate check — spots the same title on the same day and offers to archive the extras, keeping the original; multi-day courses are left alone
- Delegation — assign an item to someone and it moves out of your smart views into theirs; items added inside someone's list are auto-assigned to them
- Collapse / expand all lists, on both platforms
- Tap a folder to open it and see its items; the filter bar is now just To-Do, Pinned, Today, Reminders
- Typo-tolerant titles: "sumit ato" becomes "Submit ATO", without inventing words you didn't type
- Optional mirroring of appointments into your system Calendar (and onward to Google)
Fixes: items with no date are no longer turned into appointments; the assistant no longer prefixes titles with words you didn't write; its Undo now asks before removing; deleting or dragging a list while collapsed no longer affects the wrong one.
