🧭 What and Why

This is a follow-up of #314. Running
yarnfailed because of a (probably) yarn issue:https://github.com/algolia/api-clients-automation/runs/5784850957?check_suite_focus=true
The workaround is to add the envrionment variable in order for yarn not to throw an error, and correctly generate yarn.lock file on the CI.
