After cloning the project,
- go to ./src/tech_test
- invoke make vendor
- invoke make
- invoke make run
- open the next URL in the Chrome: http://petstore.swagger.io/?url=http%3A%2F%2Flocalhost%3A3000%2Fswagger.json
