The Cypher-related contents in GIE docs

We have currently supported Cypher in GIE. However, the Cypher-related documentations in GIE are still in an inconsistent/incomplete form. For example, users may not be aware of the support of Cypher. Therefore, it is important that we sort out the Cypher-related contents in GIE docs. Specifically,

• Add Cypher query instruction in getting started: https://graphscope.io/docs/latest/overview/graph_interactive_workloads
