Sprint 1 — Activity & Terminal Polish

• Activity timeline: new activity WS channel + per-workspace JSONL log — file ops (with the acting user), watcher flushes, git ops, terminal/agent lifecycles in one feed, exposed as a new Activity view with click-to-open file links
• Watcher pins: activity subscribers and running agent sessions keep the fs watcher armed so the log fills even with no tree open or zero clients — overnight agent work is fully recorded
• Terminal search: scrollback find bar (@xterm/addon-search) in both shell and agent terminals — Enter/Shift+Enter navigation, Esc to close
• Terminal tabs: double-click rename (persisted per workspace) + unread-output dots on background tabs
• Canonicalized activity keys: realpath normalization prevents symlinked workspaces from splitting the log; op-vs-watcher dedupe keeps one row per change
