Sprint 2 — Session Handoffs & Workspace Memory

  • .pixcode/handoffs/<session>.md written automatically when an agent session stops — changed files, ANSI-stripped terminal tail, owner, branch, timestamps
  • Continue from a handoff: the new-session modal lists recent handoffs; one click starts the matching CLI with a prompt pointing at the handoff + memory files
  • .pixcode/MEMORY.md: shared human-editable workspace memory, seeded on first handoff; the header book button opens it in the editor
  • Cross-CLI by design: handoffs are plain Markdown in the workspace — claude can continue devin's work and vice versa
  • Ops: agent.handoffs / agent.handoff / agent.memory, all behind the project allowlist; activity timeline records handoff events
