• Browser alerts when an agent session finishes or writes a handoff — Notification API + WebAudio chime + title-bar dot; per-user toggle under Settings → Notifications
• Outbound webhook: pixcode settings set webhook <url> or PIXCODE_NOTIFY_WEBHOOK — JSON POST on agent.exit / agent.handoff to ntfy.sh, Discord, Slack or any endpoint; re-read per send (no daemon restart)
• Works while the app is open anywhere — the webhook covers the away-from-desk case
