Sprint 4 — Broadcast Prompts & Skills Manager

  • agent.broadcast: one prompt → many running sessions with per-target results; the megaphone header button opens a composer with checkbox targets (own sessions; admins can also hit foreign sessions they could already write to)
  • Agent skills: agent.skills / skillInstall / skillRemove install SKILL.md collections from any https:// git URL or owner/repo shorthand — single-skill repos and multi-skill collections (verified against anthropics/skills: 20 skills)
  • Scopes: user home (private-CLI-home aware — a member's isolated HOME gets its own skills) or workspace .claude/skills; all behind the project allowlist
  • Settings → Agent skills: agent/scope/member pickers, repo install input, description-parsed skill list with remove
