Fixed

• Launch at login stays off for anyone who never asked for it. Version 1.0.0 shipped without
  the marker that remembers the question was put, so an install from that version had the
  login item registered on its next launch. The app also leaves it alone when it runs from a
  disk image or a translocated copy, where the path it would register is gone by the next
  boot; the copy that lands in Applications still gets the default.

Changed

• The site's install steps say to open the disk image and drag the app onto Applications,
  which is what the download now is.
