Changed
The npm README describes the official instance as the free public service it now is: npx --yes patchpage upload ./plan.html is the whole hosted flow, with a publishing key
minted on first use. The scoped token workflow is now framed for CI against a server you
control.
Fixed
Same-page links in a published page now work. A table of contents or top nav made of href="#section" links used to load the PatchPage page inside the page's own frame
instead of scrolling. The framed page now gets <base href="about:srcdoc">, so those
links resolve to the page itself and following one scrolls to its section. The draft
CSP's base-uri moves from 'none' to about: to admit that base and nothing on the
network. Other relative URLs in a page, which used to point at the PatchPage host and
find nothing there, no longer resolve at all; absolute https:// URLs are unaffected.
