chore(release): v0.0.3

含 feat/sibling-order 全部内容：子节点排序（position 逻辑收拢 +
Enter 紧跟插入 + 拖拽三区排序）、拖拽挂载打磨、以及多轮手感迭代
（dwell 悬停确认、触发区几何、插入高亮视觉）。
顺手清出误提交的 fe/var/mindmap.db（fe/ 下误跑后端的空库）并补
gitignore 覆盖。
