this was an interesting bug. Google Docs in Chrome on the Mac adds the unicode character 200C to extended charsets. We should include this unicode character 200D in our punctuation lists for individual languages so that it gets ignored wherever its used. (and since at least according to one article I found, it might have linguistic meaning in some languages, we should make it language specific)
