Add an obojson parser/transform

Hi there, pronto looks great!

Looking for feedback on a json format for bio-ontologies; it's intended to make it such that you don't have to write Yet Another obo parser, or complex OWL transform

yes this looks like a nice idea ! Considering the way I built the program, it should be possible to add support quite easily I think. I don't know when I'll be able to work on that feature though !
