- Use `pydantic.Field(description=...)` for all tool parameter annotations;
  plain strings in `Annotated` are not forwarded to the MCP schema by FastMCP
- Remove redundant "Optional …" prefix from `filename` description — the
  `str | None` type already conveys optionality
- Sync `uv.lock` that was missing from the 0.1.1 version bump commit
