[FEATURE] The name given to the EDGE should be displayed in the UI.PWA Navigation bar #753

All,

When the name of the EDGE is set in the UI.PWA the EDGE name should be displayed in the UI.PWA Navigation Bar.

This should also have the feature that if multiple EDGE are used that a pull down menu should be provided in the UI.PWA Navigation bar so a person could switch to the desired EDGE.

Example, there are 4 EDGE devices in a house. A fall is detected and notification is sent. The person that received the notification would goto the UI.PWA and use the pull down menu to see the timeline on the EDGE box that reported the fall.
