gym-ignition-models is just meant to be a repo to be used with gym-ignition. The official reference for iCub models, that contains all up-to-date existing iCub models is https://github.com/robotology/icub-models, that thanks to @GiulioRomualdi has a Python interface and is available in both conda-forge and PyPI. See robotology/gym-ignition-models#19 for a related discussion.

cc @rob-mau I guess you were using gym-ignition-models due to this README, this should fix it.
