Upgrading to 0.19.0. Only x-decisio-debug and x-decisio-route are read as request headers; the earlier spellings are ignored, not refused. Task records, headers and the Qwen base's served name that the server writes carry decisio's name only; task records in the earlier format ids still load and apply as written, and a request's model is not checked against the served name, so the earlier served name is still accepted and echoed. docs/upgrading.md has the table of who is affected. Certify certified tasks again after any upgrade.
