🛠️ Bug Fix: Fixed "Ims App Not Installed" Error Across All Builds

Technical Details

• IMS App Installation Flow (GAppStore Builds): Fully automated one-tap background download and silent installation with live toast progress and zero user prompts required.

• IMS App Installation Flow (Vanilla & MicroG Builds): Restored classic download manager flow with verified error-free installation and shared UID compatibility.

• Resolved INSTALL_PARSE_FAILED_BAD_SHARED_USER_ID: Fixed an issue where downloaded vendor IMS APKs (MediaTek, Qualcomm, Samsung/Shannon) failed to install due to system shared UID restrictions in Android 16

• Added Platform Allowlists & Framework Support: Added android.uid.phone allowlist declarations and framework enablement so IMS vendor services can install and register seamlessly.

• Fixed TrebleDroid Settings Crash: Resolved the SecurityException crash that occurred when tapping "Install IMS APK" caused by missing RECEIVER_EXPORTED flags under Android 16 broadcast receiver restrictions.

📦 Build Variants & Which One to Download

To dramatically reduce system image sizes and save storage space, releases are now split based on device vendor compatibility:

1. Standard Builds (Vanilla, GAppStore, MicroG_beta)

• Target Devices: For all devices released with or running Android 11 and above
• Benefit: Considerably smaller image size with legacy VNDK bloat removed.

2. Legacy Builds (*_old: Vanilla_old, GAppStore_old, Microg_Beta_old)

• Target Devices: Specifically for older devices running on Android 9 (Pie) or Android 10 (Q) vendors (includes VNDK v28 & v29 support).
• Only flash the _old build if your device's stock vendor partition is based on Android 9 or 10.

2-September Minor Update:
Replaced the release files with new ones.

Unlike the previous release where the Cyber Clock HUD Widget appeared on the home screen by default (requiring manual removal if unwanted), the home screen now boots completely clean. You can easily add it back anytime via: Long-press Home Screen→Widgets →Browse→Cyber Clock Hud widget

Vanilla build does not have Graphene App Store (graphene app store lets you download and use google playstore and play services in sandbox environment.).

Please follow this Flashing Guide so that you wont run into problems.

Please wait for 4 minutes to boot first time.

If you face DSU Sideloader App Crash when trying BestGSI/BestGSI-Core:
Extract the downloaded file (which is in .xz format) first
then use the resulting .img file in the DSU Sideloader app. This fixes the issue.
