vim totur for beginners :D

download and install gvim_8.2.0974_x64.exe

then edit C:/Program Files/Vim/_vimrc as file is here named _vimrc

then open a cmd and write $ vim $filename$ $

Ctrl+x opens a new tab in vim

i the file go to edit mode and Esc for exiting edit mode
