Useful for all structs with public properties. Could probably be combined with #96 into a helper document.

Seams like a reasonably simple item to get started with documentation. I'll fork and work on this one.

Add InvalidWatcherException::getWatcherId

Resolves amphp#98. I guess this exception should only be thrown if the passed watcher
identifier is a string. If a wrong type is passed, some other exception should be thrown.
