Update the parser to v0.7.10. Removed a bunch of unimportant test cases like Symbian OS and blackberry phone and windows phone that were causing some false negatives (like IE Mobile should be IEMobile). Our main demographic (iOS, Android, Chrome, Firefox browsers) all still work.
