augMultiSynth 0.3.4 – Bugfix release

Choose a tag to compare

@andrebonfrer andrebonfrer released this 02 Feb 02:02

I noticed that when some treated units are dropped, it does not correspond to the ids, and causes a fail since the two vectors are inconsistent. Need to test this version live.

augMultiSynth 0.3.0

  • Added parallel fitting over treated units with automatic backend selection
  • Stable PSOCK backend for RStudio and debugging
  • Improved robustness of donor screening and feasibility checks
  • Performance improvements for large-N panels

augMultiSynth 0.2.0 – Multi-Outcome Intercepts, Weighted Objective, and Shrinkage

Choose a tag to compare

@andrebonfrer andrebonfrer released this 08 Jan 10:55

Highlights

  • Refactored intercept handling via intercept = none | global | outcome
  • Outcome- and time-weighted objective function
  • Unit-level treatment effects for multiple outcomes
  • Optional pooled intercept adjustment (multisynth-style)
  • Optional post-estimation shrinkage
  • End-to-end simulation demo (run_demo())

Breaking changes

  • Removed deprecated demean option
  • Consolidated intercept logic into a single intercept argument

Notes

This version stabilizes the multi-outcome API and serves as the new baseline for future extensions.
