  • At-Risk Early Warning — Instructors see endangered students (5 weighted signals: inactivity, low accuracy, box-1 stall, lost streak, few sessions)
  • Remediation Queue — Focused practice of hardest cards (≥3 incorrect, <30% accuracy)
  • Daily Challenge — Daily question with +15 XP bonus, atomic claim prevents double-answering

  • 2 rounds external review (Codex + Gemini), 9 findings fixed
  • IDOR protection on AI endpoints (verifyEditAccess + task ownership)
