Instructor Cockpit Tabs (CourseDetail)

  • Heatmap: Per-chapter correct-answer rate with color-coded quality badges
  • Weak Questions: Lowest-accuracy questions with per-question pause toggle
  • Announcements: Post time-limited course announcements visible to students
  • Live Prüfungs-Slot: Open a timed exam window for supervised exams
  • Anfragen (Requests): See and answer support tickets routed to you
  • Kursregeln: Enable/disable learning modes (Leitner, Swipe, Exam, Duell, Liga) per course — disabled modes hidden from students

VirtuProf Ticket Routing

  • Category selector in ticket form: Course question → instructor, Technical/Usage → admin
  • Admin inbox only shows admin-routed tickets
